The Baltimore County Virtual Instruction Program (BCVIP) provides a new form of public school program that students can attend from home. BCVIP is a special full-time virtual pilot program developed by the Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) in partnership with Connections Academy. BCVIP serves students in grades K–12 who reside in the Baltimore County Public School district and who are currently homeschooled. Parents pay no tuition for students to attend BCVIP.
